This game is nearly perfect ! Graphisms are really nice, the concept of the game is really interesting, with well designed puzzles (I missed one piece, but I'm gonna find a way to get this one), and the game itself is running smoothly, and I didn't spot any bug.
The only thing that I think would be missing is a background music and some tiny typos, apart from that it's a perfect for me :)
Incredible. Totally complete package. Controls are hard to get at first, but once they click it works great.
Very nice idea, great execution, and fantastic level design! This could easely become a 'baba is you' platformer
I really loved the art of that game. incredible.
Really cool!!! I love the idea of dropping the actual control buttons to stand on. The controls were a bit confusing at first but I quickly got used to them. Good game rlly fun I like, the art is nicely done too
I love the concept of this game and the art looked super nice in screenshots, sadly I think the size of the html window distorted the pixel art. It also took me a bit to start using the mechanics in the first few simpler levels. By the end though using the mechanics to get through the level and getting all the coins was really fun!
Thanks for letting me know about the distortion, I admittedly did not test it in a variety of browsers. I'll have to figure out a tutorial or similar to teach the ability dropping mechanic. Thanks for the feedback, and I'm glad you enjoyed it!
The gameplay is amazing! Art is incredible, and i wish i could play some more. It have a great potential.
Thanks for the compliments! I'm planning to make a post-jam version with more levels, so stay tuned for that!
I can only agree with the others. Superb game. :)
This is probably one of the best and most polished games here. I could see this on steam sometime. The idea is really good. The controls are a bit confusing, but other wise, keep up the good work!
Thanks so much! Yeah, I agree the controls could use some workshopping, they're a little complicated. I have an idea for a gamepad control layout that I think is more intuitive, but I didn't have time for that during the jam. Do you have any suggestions for how the controls could be improved?
WASD for movement, arrow keys to swap skills, maybe right click or Q to drop items, and left click or E to pick up.
Fun game overall ! It was really fun and entertaining playing it . Though I was kinda stuck on the level with the spike jump because I had managed to do it once without dropping a skill ....
Thanks for playing! Pushing blocks into the spikes is a bit tricky, I've uploaded an update that makes it easier to just drop them in. Thanks for the feedback!
Thank you !
Also it has very good art
This game is absolutely fantastic. Presentation is good, puzzles are great, bonus coins are a fun extra. Just all together stellar job.
