I actually found this game to be super intriguing, but slightly impenetrable on account of not having well enough instructions outlined in the game or the page. Might be worthwhile to put something up that explains what I'm supposed to do, and i'll def play it again cause I do think there's something here I'm not getting.
From what I understand though, I like the card-based random turn decisions to get multiple frogs of a colour to turn or be spawned, I think I get that aspect, and I think it's cool, I just ran out of moves for the green frogs entirely and couldn't budge them anymore & then my game crashed when I ran out of all my cards.
Anyways, I thought the art itself was fine, it just needed to be explained further.
The game itself seemed really cool, crazy u got this for the jam in the time you had, great job!
Would really appreciate a rate/comment on mine if you have the time!
thanks à lot fort the feedback, i really appreciate it.
i’ll keep fixing thé game, thé Green stuff should nt stucked.
Will rate.
I like the look of it, the UI is mostly good however I do think it's moving a little fast, after selecting a card for example the text scrolls quickly and it's hard to tell what just happened. It's a good concept though!
Thanks still working on it and its turning out amazing. But i haven't been able to post it yet, there's still a fix to be made for the movement:

It's truly caothic! But, as TIC80 lovers, we dig the style with the PICO-8!
Still, the game is barely playable since everything is so small and very fast!
thanks, still working on it right now trying to fix it
I like the Concept and the RetroStyle, but Like others said, Gameplay is abit confusing at first. I thought i was Playing agianst a Computer
sorry. I ll improcedente that
It looks like a good idea, but I took a long time to understand what was going on and what I was supposed to do. The text scrolling on screen is very fast, at first it was difficult to read, and understand the board.
thanks. I ll fix it. It still a wip
Enjoyment: I didn't really understand what was going on.
Concept: I like the idea of a card game where you try to move frogs across a board.
Presentation: It's very visually noisy. So many different things are bouncing and flashing at such low resolution that it's a little overwhelming. The fact that the text moves offscreen so fast, and has a low-res font, made the mechanics really hard to grasp. That said, I did like the art. It's very cheerful.
Use of the Limitation: The fact that the board changes is interesting, but it didn't seem to affect gameplay. As far as I could tell, frogs were perfectly happy to enter blank tiles, or even walk off the edge of the board.
Overall, I really like the idea, but I found it very confusing in its current state. Hope you develop this further.
thanks. Will do, Time got me and i m stilll fixing bugs, it will get better in some days when it’s finished
I'll make sure to check back!
thanks, will let everyone know, i appreciate the feedback and see a lot of potential here :)
Very cool puzzle game and I like the very retro art style. Encountered an issue where the green frogs stopped moving (at around 30 flies or so) and got a runtime error after spamming the Z key. https://imgur.com/kKtAknO
thanks, yes. I m still working on it and will stars bug fixing tomorrow, i se a lot or potential here in extra cards as prizes
