Great polish and work! I liked the whole package. The only part I had trouble with was totally understanding the criteria for guilty or innocent ~ I would have liked to see that explained a bit more clearly in the tutorial, for example: Correct, this defendant is guilty because they didn't have an alibi, they had the item in question, and they match the description of the defining feature! Was also usually confused when I broke my streak in the arcade, would be nice to see why I got an answer wrong? That could be a good teaching tool and feedback loop.

very good game! it's really great idea to use the  a judge hammer insted of a hammer that break things. and you made a lot of cases! good job!

Super cool game! The art style was super good and there were a ton of cute little details and effects. The story was amusing and some of the crimes were pretty amusing. I think this game has a fun gameplay loop with seeing if the defendants are guilty. From what I can tell the two factors deciding if someone is guilty or not are if they have the object they did the crime with and they don't have an alibi at the time. I think this works from a gameplay perspective, but it kind of takes away from the charm and uniqueness of the game and its setting because the crimes are irrelevant. I think it would be cool if the actual crimes were also a factor in the verdict. For example, I got the prompt "didn't go to see barbie in theaters" and the person was doing something at the time but with the current system they are actually innocent which doesn't "make sense". Maybe you could give a classification to each event and crime that aren't mutually exclusive (like the before example, walking the dog an listening to music without headphones in pubic, etc). I also think that you could have a set timer to make verdicts, as (at least from what I could tell) the timer doesn't currently scale, meaning that you can pretty much go on forever. Other than that, I really liked the game and thought it was pretty fun. The sound design is great, the characters are cute, and it's overall a very well polished game and I think it has a lot of potential. I'm interested to see if you keep working on this one!

Thanks for the feedback and thanks for all of your suggestions.
I guess we made the animation curve that scales the time too lenient, but I hope we'll be able balance it out better!

Very fun game. Love the tutorial, love the visuals and the concept is pretty original. Only problem I had is the swipe feature which sent the defendant in space, but it happened only once so not a big deal. Good job!

Thanks for the feedback! I will try to reproduce the issue you described

Love this! Great concept, jokes and presentation - would love to see this expanded into a longer game with story between rounds!

Only thing letting it down is a lack of feedback and instruction - despite the quite long tutorial I still don't know for sure if left/right, red/green is innocent or guilty, and I don't think there was anything to tell you if you were correct or not when you select.

Really hope you build this into a bigger game as it really stood out to me.

Thank you for the feedback!

A fresh idea according to the theme and use of hammer. UI-Design and music are perfectly done. And the Tutorial is well written. A must-have to go through - perfect humour =D.
Somehow one case can't be loaded. I get an error.
All in all a good game!

Developer

Thank you! We are very glad to hear that! We'll try to fix this error.

Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue in the way Unity 2021.3 builds for WebGL, which causes browser errors…

We’ve added desktop builds, thank you for pointing out the issue!
