Really well put together game, and I would not worry about the half finishes sketched, those, in my opinion, are always nice to see!

The game stands as a unique spin on the “papers please” genre, the only “slight” issue I have is that sometimes to many traits can change at once, so you cannot really reliably guess from what you seen to try help push the score.

Other than the known bugs, after failing a run, you cannot start a new because in-game the Soul powers don’t register clicks at all.

Music and visuals were nice, I kinda wished that we had a sketch background instead of the style clashing one that we have, but alas, time is short when you work, I know.

Overall really nice entry, managed to win on my second run. Well done!

Hey, Achie! Thanks so much for playing and the thoughtful feedback!

Yea, balancing was something I didn't have enough time to tinker with, originally not so many traits where gonna be "illusions" so some adjustments will need to be done, for sure. And yea, I originally wanted to do a full blown illustration for the main menu and background and I was just about to sketch it out the morning I uploaded the game but decided against it cuz it was 5 am and I hadn't slept at all lol

Thanks for the bug report! I think I know what's causing it and it is a simple fix, but it skipped my radar!

It's quite a relaxing game, I only noticed at the end that there was a timer! (unless it was scripted?)

In any case, the Key of Souls puzzle is both too simple and too hard: with the pieces available, the combinations are very limited (by looking at where the empty square is on the bottom line, you know where to put the big piece and the other two have very few possibilities after that) nevertheless, if the pieces were more varied or the area where to put them larger, I think it would be far too complicated...

I think it would be possible to counterbalance this: have a larger area, more pieces, and either constant vision and limited time (the more time passes, the fewer features are revealed) or “jockers” that allow you to look at the solution, but the more you use them, the fewer features are revealed.

In short, there's potential!

Thanks so much for playing and for your feedback!

Yes, definitely the idea is for more shapes and puzzle variations for the skeleton key mini game, I spent so much time building the system behind the mini game that I didnt have enough time to add more content :P But I will definitely take your suggestions into account, thanks!

This is a nice looking game, the UI is quite polished and has simple & easy to pick mini games. I was confused though, as to how to sort them to the correct house though. For me the traits & interests didn't seem to do anything & mana seemed to be the decider for what house to choose every time for me.

Thanks for the feedback! Yea, originally mana wasn't going to count as much but I felt like players would then just skip the mana entirely and I think I didn't really solve that problem, just changed it so mana was the one that counted the most. Thanks again for playing!
