I'm not quite sure what happened, once you started the game you'd bounce up and down while trying to move, which made it really difficult to play. The art looks really good tho

Thank you! Keen to learn more in the next jam, hopefully they will be less glitchy :D

Beautiful art! Winning was not easy but still I did it. I'm a first-timer to game jams too, by the way.

Thank you Wolfgames! Glad to hear you pushed through till the end and won. Hope you enjoyed the first time process as well :)

Props to you on camera, art, and simple lighting. I wish the game weren't so buggy for me though... I enjoyed it until the creatures were invincible, but you've got my vote for art!

Developer

Thank you Voltaia! We’re sorry to hear that the game was buggy for you, we plan on fixing up any bugs and fine tuning it after the jam is over. What sort of issues did you find?

The camera is super smooth, I like it

Thank you Mat :D the camera was made by a friend who I believe had never coded for a game before- he’ll be super swell to hear it!

Great job on the game. The light changes direction when you look back and then you get the camera shake a little which looks professional. You've also got an interesting and an entertaining story.

You mentioned a cut-scene on your game's page. It drove me forward to keep playing and completing the game. So, great job on that.

For your first game jam game you did very, very well! Good job and I can't wait to play some more of your up-coming games.

Thank you Watt! Really appreciate your review 😄
