Mechanic seems really nice and an overall idea is awesome. I can see this game getting popular. Sorry for that but I also wasn't able to figure out how to get food from the kitchen. I've been pressing F and it made food disappear.
I should probably add that if the bar is red it means the food is overcooked, so it disappears
Cool game idea.
The only problemsI had that you can easily get stuck on the door and if you get two done dishes at the same time one overwrites the other and disappeares.
Perhaps I was being stupid but I just couldn't figure out how to get the food out of the stove/cooking spot... I do really like the concept though! Cooking games are always fun :)

Ah, this reminds me of the days when I used to play Diner Dash obsessively haha. I liked the game but I had issues with the kitchen door. I thought it was locked or something at first because I couldn't get inside, but after a bit, I realized that I just needed to enter the door a certain way or else I couldn't go through. Would have been nice to make the opening to the kitchen larger or something because of that. I lost a lot of time and wasted food trying to get in there. The other thing is I wished the customers would go to their table faster haha. Chop chop! I have food to make!
