That's a very good game that went under the radar for me. I think the cover image wasn't selling it well enough. But it feels like a hidden gem. Nice controls, many upgrades, great music and uncomfortable (as it should) atmosphere. I would add some parallax scrolling or even just waves of colors, to show the progress in a more visual manner, and so that it won't feel too repetitive. Other than that, no complains at all. great game!

Wow. I LOVED everything about the game. The gameplay, the music, the atmosphere ... It's such a beautiful work ! I have to admit that i tryhard the game because i thought there was an end, or a cinematic after reaching a certain score, a pity it wasn't the case :( There is actually a strat to get super deep without getting too much annoyed : just stick to a wall.

Still, this is a super solid game, you can be proud of you. Here's my best score :D

Ok thanks for the feedback, I'm going to stick the rocks to the walls a bit more in this case, I have a bit of a rush on the gameplay because of the time but I'm going to update the game a bit after the game jam to remove the bugs. And originally I wanted to introduce an ending after a certain score but again, I didn't have the time.

Happens, no worries. It would just have been the cherry on top x)

The game was amazing, gameplay-wise. But this background is definitely throwing me off and strains my eyes. The atmosphere is great tho, and controlling the submarine was pretty fun when upgraded.

Also, one bug i found is that lasers seem to disappear near eels' path.

I'm sorry about the background, I didn't have any inspiration but if the background was a parallax, it might have gone over better. For the bug, I had noticed it but forgot to fix it. Thanks for your reply.

This game was spooky! Overall, you nailed the unsettling atmosphere of diving into the deep ocean. My one piece of feedback is that the submarine was a little bit difficult to control, but I did get better as I attempted a couple more times, so maybe it was a skill issue. Great entry!

Did you see you can upgrade the submarine in the workshop ? It's made on purpose to be uncontrollable to have a better progression in the evolution of the submarine.

Thanks for your feedback and for playing the game.

Ah you’re right, I don’t know how I missed that! I’ve just replayed and edited my rating, thanks for pointing that out. Again, great work!
