Haha seed go BRRR

A very cool idea, I love the idea of a tower defense where you are a lil mushroom man placing down plants. Definitely could use some UI changes though, it took me a while to understand the decay mechanic with the timer, and the controls obviously could use some improvement, but I understand from the other comments that you ran out of time. I hope you make a post-jam version, because I think there's potential here, and I love the pixel art!

I like where you were going with this game, it feels like the old 'Plants vs Zombies' type of survival game. I can get to wave 4? But I die after that as it is rather hard lol

Cool ants and spiders and the protagonist being the smaller mushroom is cute too (๑≧▽≦) Very nice for a solo project! Good job.

The menu options are confusing, the first thing I did was quitting the game. A simple "Quit" text would have been easier to understand than an icon. I didnt understand much. I first lost 4 times. Watching helplessly while ants were beating the crap out of that poor mushroomish tree. After mashing most of the inputs on my keyboard I managed to have some lasers coming out, sometimes. It was very confusing. It would really need a way of showing inputs in the game and general better onboarding, it's very hard to understand.

Everything you just said was in my plan for the game and I was hoping to have the time to add it all to the game but I ended up having to use the very unfinished version of the game. I will definitely make sure all of this is in the post jam version.
