As mentioned in the lore provided in the description of the game, evil Neuro had hypnotized past Neuros to attack Vedal and present Neuro. Therefore, the Neuro blessings that pop up between levels in the game can be interpreted as pre-hypnotized Neuros' souls/ remnants returning to assist Neuro in defeating evil neuro alongside with other V-Tubers.

Holy heck, the music is an absolute banger!
It's also interesting that the game forces you to "get good" buffing the enemies while buffing yourself.

First try I reached wave 3 and lost, enemies got too fast, but second try was easier.
