I was this [] close to not trying it because itchio said it wasn't uploaded.

Good job on this one, neuro scratch is a pretty cool idea!

Developer

yeah i tried uploading a html5 file in the last few minutes but i didnt rename the file to index so it errored and since there was no time left i couldnt edit the things, speaking of i could have just removed it and now i think im dumb

hate my life, i swear i pressed on the html file and now the windows file is gone, crying im like 100% sure i clicked on html

i do like the idea, lack of block types is just an unfortunate result of jam time limit i imagine.

Developer

yeah its sad, even sadder that it quite litterally only takes a few seconds to add more blocks in, the limiting factor was levels thats why there is only 1 that was made in a few minutes

Reminds me of my Scratch days. Cool small game

Developer

glad you liked it

Dude! My first idea for a game was almost exactly like this! It had a different goal but ultimately you had to code Neuro’s movement as well! Though I was mainly drawing inspiration from Human Resource Machine and I think yours is from Scratch and similar “learning programming” applications. Actually happy to see this game :)

Developer

thx! yeah i tried my best to make it haha 70% of the time spent was just the visual scripting xd

Cool little game. There this thing where your code can go beyond game window so there should be something done about it. But it was fun to play. Good job.

Developer

yeah i found that too while playing haha but i found that out after uploading since the time i had to upload it was very short

i'd love to see more kinds of blocks!

Developer(+1)

yeah haha a bunch more blocks were planned and many more puzzle levels where its actually a puzzle where the intended thing but the time left was so incredibly small i was just happy that i got a working level done, which now can be used as a optimisation game instead haha. but i hoped you liked it :3
