IRRELEVANT NOW. GO TO THE THIRD AND FINAL APPROVAL.

approved but for every quarter some get, you’ll get a buck?

i know what’s involved with running bundles/the work, but from that perspective, it sounds steep. still, i approved.

I understand your concern regarding the cut, and I'd like to thank you for bringing it to attention.

To give you a more specified perspective, I've spent around 8 hours so far working on the bundle, and plan to spend about another 8 between making sure everyone approves and continued advertising. This is how I was able to justify the 4% cut with myself; it's likely that everyone else only has to spend a few minutes between submitting their games and promoting it on their socials, so it seemed fair to compensate myself for the hours spent. If you or anyone else thinks that 4% is too steep please let me know!

Hey :) I appreciate the work you've put in. I will say that many of these games took months, even years, to develop. I generally pause when bundle owners request a significantly higher percentage, as I feel it discredits the work the developers have put in. It's something I look for in the discord when considering what bundles to join. I wish this was known before joining.

That said, I still appreciate the work you've put in Tominator! Surely there is a balance somewhere? Taking 4x the cut as others seems a bit rough.

Of course, I understand entirely! You make some great points. Do you think 3% would be a more reasonable offer?

Yeah, I think that is more fair :)

depending on the amount of work a bundle organizer puts in, i’d say they can never be properly compensated which is why every participant should try to help lighten that load where they can. a post, mention of the bundle somewhere; it all helps a little. it’s “co-op”, not “have someone else do everything” for a reason ;)

and, devs generally don’t retrieve the value of what they create, neither. but we all know what we’re getting into and choose to go this route :)

for me, it’s xmastime (almost!) and i don’t mind the split but it should have been stated, explained, a little before assembly/approval stage to avoid any snags, having to reconstruct, etc.

BUT, i’m still happy to approve, as is. forward! :)
