Tip for new players: You can slow down the game speed in the settings.

Might be my favorite game of the jam so far. Some QoL, more content, a tutorial and building on the "combat" (like backpack upgrades and so on) and this game could be a real hit.

It's a bit too jumpy with what's going on right now, with how the restraints aren't on for long (and I slowed down the game), but I enjoyed it a lot. Makes me want to try backpack battles myself.

The build crafting is fun. It could use a win/loss after battle screen, too often the scores are both 0/160, and then an instant loss occurs with no explanation of what happened.

a Tutorial might be a nice idea

Very nice visuals, some things happen a bit too fast to see them though

Very fun! Needs more explainations and refinement. Art is amazing!

This is my favorite work in this Jam. At first, I was a bit confused, but after a few tries, you get the hang of it and become proficient.

I hope it continues to be updated, adding more items, more grids, and even PvP.

It really feels like backpack battles. I would hope for more Items and more combinations maybe even combining Items after a round in the loadout like backpack battles. It has a lot of potential and looks awesome

Pretty fun, but a bit chaotic.

Once I understood how to get combos going I was able to win pretty consistently. I was a bit disappointed in the lack of direct item activation, made it feel like I was doing less and watching more.

Also, could be on my end, but the banner to prompt the jam rating was blocking some of the item descriptions in the UI.

Goes WAY too fast in the first battle, with no real clear instruction this game needs a lot of work. My advice is to make an actual tutorial battle to make it easier to understand.

Everything looks visually awesome, from the different clothing options to the items to the UI. The gameplay is really unique too, with a good amount of replayability! It took me two runs before I understood, but it clicked. Starting items can definitely win or lose you the run though. Overall, very nice work!

You sort of have to lock in to get and understand how this game works.
After the second attempt, I understood how to play and this is game.

I think this is nice game to think but can be a bit random since you start with so little.
I'd this is game that's slow to start mechanically but grows on you.
I love the costumes you get to pick from.
I'd like to see a downloadable version where you go through levels to some end.

Visuals: Big fan of TheDankestDan and the works they've made. Vibrating animations for the eggs was superb as well. Not much to say here other than I enjoyed it.

Gameplay: Interesting concepts, eventually wrapped my head around it but I feel as if they systems were somewhat confusing. The explanation at the start helped a little, but it would really improve the experience to narrow down the important things the player needs to pay attention to and highlight them.

Technical: Sometimes, towards the end of the game, I would instantly lose at the "final boss." Additionally sometimes opponents would have no capability of winning and it was a matter of time before I won. Otherwise things worked as intended!

Short, fun, good art.  I'm not entirely sure how to play yet and I've won a few time.
