I had a lot of fo fun with this! I liked how you use the mouse to control where the canon goes instead of keys so it makes it a bit more difficult (or maybe I'm just bad at it). One thing I would say is to maybe have something to do with the candy that you've collected, like an upgrade to the canon or smth. But other than that, a really fun short game:)

Really fun idea! As other have said it just needs a little more polish to be really, really great. Tweaking the controls, fixing the cannon/candy layering, adding a mute button and a nicer transition to the win/lose screens would really up the production values in a big way. This would also work really nicely as a Christmas game where you have to fill stockings with presents! Good job!

Interesting idea.

Since the first couple levels are pretty much tutorial, it might be better if you only need 25 candies per pumpkin; at 100 each, it kind of felt like 'line it up and wait'.

Level 3 felt a bit like a jump in difficulty at first.  However, while there was movement, moving too much was detrimental.  This level was also more about find the sweet spot and then not moving until the pumpkin was full.

Level 7 was  pretty large jump in difficulty because of the short windows of opportunity to fill the moving pumpkin.   Maybe the candy corns on this level could have been worth 3 points each or something.

The music really added to the frantic feel of the levels where there was some challenge and tight timing.

Nice submission.

This game is tougher than it looks! Similar to another comment here, it felt like the control sensitivity is a little high.

Even though this is the 'one minute game jam', you might also consider lowering the time and number of candies needed in the first two levels to help players more quickly get to the more challenging levels

Yeah, I know, the sensitivity is a bit too high 😅 and the first levels are way too easy... By the way, thanks for playing my game and for the feedback! 👍

Great font and concept - I found it got challenging at lev 3.

The candy cannons 3d render style was a little redundant with the candy being drawn underneath it, if you did it with and overlaying top piece with out the barrel you will be able to get a better effect.

Yeah I know: I have to do some improvements 😅

Great concept and style. I think ramping up the difficulty on the early stages would be beneficially. A possible improvement could be to lower the mouse sensitivity. Good job!
