This game is alright. I like the spleef and bomb mechanics for the added challenge. The art style was also pretty decent. But as literally everyone else has probably said by now, the movement speed could be faster. Good game overall, though!

This was a good game. As others have commented, it would have been nice if movement was a little faster pace. A little faster would help re-playability since you have to re-hop all over the board. The concept is good with the multiple mechanics (floor spleef, pumpkin mounds, pumpkin bombs).

the game should have only one minute gameplay!! and the fields which fall and are then black, should be a little bit predictable, like some rifts, some cracks, some pixels. and purely randomly they should not fall, one time i was in a dead end, deadlock. but otherwise very nice game!!! it makes much fun and you should do a bigger version with more levels. (nice effect after getting the crown with the screen-morph-rotate)
thanks for the feedback and kind words. I guess if I listen to the majority of feedback and speed it up I could easily of brought down the timer a good chunk 🫢 missed opportunity. I was aware and mindful of it but my goal was one minute of quality gameplay - which on my best run I was close to but yeah one and half mins didn’t quite meet the brief.
I did really enjoy the idea of the smaller scope of 1 min and learned a lot can be done in this time looking at others jams. So a little self growth there from that realisation.
Similar comment to the one below, I got stuck with the crown in a place I couldn't leave. But the second-to-second gameplay is good, and with some refinement on the level design or generation (seems like the levels are partly fixed and partly random?), you could really have something here.
If possible, I'd also be interested to see how this game plays a little sped up.
Thanks for the Feedback interestingly for most the games I have made I get feedback about speed. It must be a natural thing for me, I am trying to work on this lol but clearly not quite enough lol, I will make keep pumping up and may revisit and update this on e in this space.
for the animation I tried to keep it simpler so this helped me get better and more concise overall look.
I really like random elements so in all my games I try to include some things. But in this one only random thing is path of the pumpkin bombs.
Another item in the feedback is getting stuck at the end and the frustration. I am afraid I suffered the same curse other devs comment on, I play so much I think it’s too easy. That said I promise it’s doable but would take a few goes to know where to visit last (avoiding getting blocked in at end.
I did miss the time area a touch, best I can do to complete is zero deaths and 1.5 minutes.
I wish I made it less frustrating as I made a leaderboard and it would have been nice to see some folks join me. Still lesson learned and I will step it back next time.

Knowing that the spaces which fall out are fixed every time helped me approach the level in a different way and I managed to make it to the (bottom of >.>) the leaderboard~
Communicating that mechanic a little better and warning the player that getting stuck is possible if they don't plan their route well could probably make this game more playable, even without changes to the mechanics
Great work! I also got trapped right when I grabbed the crown and was unable to escape the map, which was frustrating, but bugs happen. I personally would have preferred having slightly faster movement, but all in all I had fun running around avoiding exploding pumpkins. Animations were on point, I really liked the smoking eyes on the exploding enemies
This was a very cool game! (Way better than mine). Although the movement is a bit snappy, the animations and all the graphics were amazing. The game is according to the theme and is made very well. Great game.
Gameplay: The gameplay was decent. Though it took a moment or two to get, it was actually fairly self-explanatory. There was one bug, however. Whenever I got the crown, a floor tile fell directly behind me, and I couldn't move. Rather frustrating when you are about to win! I also feel like the movement could be a little faster. Still, the gameplay was good!
Theme: The theme was mostly followed, though the game seemed to last much longer than one minute. (It took me two minutes)
Graphisms: The graphics were amazing. They all fix together, and nearly all were pumpkin themed. Clearly some time has been spent with these. Nice job!
Music: Same with graphisms: nice sounds! I especially liked the evil pumpkin laughs. Great job with these!
good idea, but I feel like it wasn't done proper justice,
shadow sprite clips under falling tiles, I don't know what's going on with the enemies or how they work, and you can't make a game for the one minute game jam and make the game five minutes long.
