Controls feel rough. Squares was an interesting choice and i liked how they didn't move exactly, but they got stuck on walls a lot. It was hard to see the instructions at the start of the game also. Not a bad game and i enjoy the concept.

Thank you for playing and for your feedback.

All of  the issues that you have mentioned are things that I would like to work if/when I take this game further after the game jam and in any other games that I make so thank you for pointing some of them out.

I really like this! Genuine peril at all times, and there's no way a first-time player could just fly through it. Almost a vaporwave look and feel, too - was that purposeful?

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing.

The vaporwave effect was an unintentional side effect of the art and other aspects that I had chosen - I hadn't noticed until you pointed it out.

Well, I like it, so it's an unintentional win!

Great idea. I really felt pressured in each of the levels. It might be nice to give a count of how many slimes get saved at the end of the level, rather than just end the level as soon as you save 5.

Developer(+1)

If I'd had more time then showing how many cubes reached the end rather than just saying 5 would have been at the top of my list of features to add.

Thank you for playing the game and for the feedback.

I like how this idea gels together. I think this would be worth you exploring more after the jam.

Nice use of music, interesting gameplay mechanic. Good job!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback and for playing my game.

I will definitely look into working on this game after the jam.

I never thought I'd be emotional for rolling cubes. IMO level 1 music was  in the right mood, more than level 2.

I found level 2 to be harder than 3.

Well done overall!

Thank you for playing and for the feedback.

Interesting that you said level 2 was harder than 3, something for me to look into.

Very interesting concept!

It's a very challenging game, but once you learn the mechanics it's not too hard.

The music was a nice choice, and I liked the bonus mini level at the end.

The graphics left a little to be desired, but still worked very well.

Thanks for the game! :)

Thank you for playing and for the feedback.

Graphics are something that is somewhat lacking in my skill set and something I would like to improve.
