Description
Builds a three-part story arc of fleeing the kingdom and your pursuers ("Escape"), wandering through the forest ("Respite"), and finally stumbling upon a mysterious cave which will empower you to start your own kingdom alongside your fellow outcasts ("Discovery").

Envisioned for a (fictional) atmospheric 2D side-scrolling action adventure. Strung together by a motif present in each of the three tracks. This is my first soundtrack :D

Made using Logic Pro.

Theme:

Runaway
Picture theme

How does it fit the theme?
Theme - you are fleeing the kingdom as a pariah.
Picture theme - the events are set in a forest.

Loved the mellotron flute use here! Short and sweet soundtrack. Loved the mysterious feel in the final track.

I love the orchestration here. Everything meshes very well and the tracks are cohesive. The persistent rhythm in Respite is charming, and Escape had a somber but wistful tone that fit the game description well. As for criticism, I would love to hear another track or two to give a stronger impression of an evolving plot—a climax or shift in tone before things settle with the sudden resolve of discovery.

Track 1: Interesting mix here--this combination of instruments and sounds is unique. Definitely has me intrigued to hear more!

Track 2: I really love this orchestration, both tracks have such a unique sound! I can't think of anything to compare it to. That old, flutey synth is really cool too. Good job with this one.

Track 3: Really ominous track, I love how it just blossoms open.

In all, this is a solid soundtrack, and you did well. Keep writing!

I overall enjoyed it - nice, classic sound. The "Respite" track paints the picture of the forest very well.
