Description
Out of Time is a pixel-ly electronic EP. I imagine that it's used in a 3D voxel-style puzzle game involving time travel. It could have similar mechanics to the popular Portal mod "Portal: Reloaded".

Theme:

Tick Tock...
Picture theme

How does it fit the theme?
1. The song names are literally "Tick" and "Tock"
2. I tried to fit to 8-bit/voxel style of the image by fitting retro game sounding instruments and effects into the tracks

Thought the ticks might be a teeny bit loud but I enjoyed everything else. The arrangement was interesting, especially with the slower phase of "Tock". It's like a cool hip-hop chiptune vibe I don't really know how to explain but it's bad ass in a lot of parts.

This literally sounds like having an adventure in a time portal

A good base, would liked to have seen some more info about the game it's based on. The music has a nice intensity to it and a good beat, but the first track seems to just end as it was picking up, leaving me wondering where it was leading to next.

Of the two, I was more drawn to "tock" - I like a sfxr noise blast, and it felt like the more understated interpretation of the theme gave the piece more room to find character and tone. For me, I would have gladly listened to a full soundtrack with the characteristics of "tock".

Both pieces are great! They contrast each other very well and the retro 8-bit sounds are a creative fit to the theme.
