This project was made using FL Studio, and has a combined runtime of 5:26. The genre is in that classical, Studio Ghibliesque genre, and was inspired by a plethora of games with amazing soundtracks, such as Celeste, Plants vs. Zombies, and the classic Undertale.
The soundtrack is meant to be for a game where the main character is lost in a snowy forest, and whenever they try to leave, they always find themselves back to where they started. It's much less a horror game, and more a investigative game, and figuring out why the player character can't leave.
The first track Ambiguity falls under the Super Challenge, and is identical both forwards and backwards. This track is meant to be playing when the character is wandering about the forest, figuring out that all roads lead back to where they started. This track also only features piano, as it helps emphasise the feeling of being alone in this forest that never ends.
The second track, Aurora, follows the same melody as the first track, however it deviates in the middle as the character starts to find hope of escaping the forest. This track falls underneath the Normal category, as it shows the character either finding hope in being able to leave, or lose hope and accept the monotony of the forest.
I hope you all enjoy !! <3

The tracks are a little to similar, but they both sound nice.
I liked the tracks you have here but I feel that they are a bit too similar to each other.
I know that you explained in the description that they share a melody that deviates in the middle but I don't think it deviates enough.
Having a more dramatic change would give it a much more clear identity and also engage the listener more since it would be much more fresh for their ears.
Nice contrapuntal work on the melodic lines! Perhaps varying the instrumentation would help the different lines better stand out from each other.
Nice tracks, they have a great vibe !
The arrangements are pretty nice, although maybe I would have liked more variety in this department and in the instrumentation part to make the main piano part blend more in the background and be a bit less redundant (or maybe make the piano switch key more often like in Aurora for more variety).
Anyway nice submission so great job !
I enjoyed the composition, the only thing I would add could be a pad or string to fill up more frequencies. That's just nitpicking though, great work!
Ah I was originally going to compose this as a piano + cello piece, but then I realised the solitary piano would be a good kind of symbolism for the game, since the playee character would be pretty solitary in the forest.
Thank you so much though, I'm glad you liked it <3
