Ooh, very foreboding. The brick texture works really well, can maybe add additional details of the same scale in other textured areas.

Didn't show the pentaprism back texture, but that seems like the best option.
Yeah, the top and bottom of the pentagonal prism are transparent to avoid clipping issues.
