Have you checked that your GDD is publicly accessible ?
Yes

Is your game set to public on itch.io so we can see it?
Yes

Summarise your game!
You throw your UI to kill enemies and defend the Debug Core in a pixel art style! Use your mouse to fling UI objects in an increasingly difficult 10 wave defense!

Please explain how your game fits the theme:
Usually, the UI is only ever seen or acknowledged by the living human controlling the player character. This means that using the UI as the main weapon is something that only the living human behind the screen can do, not someone in-world. A living person must act to be the weapon.

Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
This was my first time doing actual music or attempting to do pixel art. Any feedback is appreciated!

Really unique idea! Good music too. I could see people spending a lot of time playing this game.

Thanks for playing! I love your game too!

Wait this game is so good. I love how unique it is. I don't know how to read so I just messed about for a bit and my mind was blown when I grabbed a UI element and tossed it. I think the feel of tossing the elements could be tuned a bit, but this is a great concept and execution on the theme and the idea you were chasing I LOVE it and the music was indeed a bop.

Thank you so much for playing! I think I could have explained the mechanics more succinctly, but 2am game jam horrors continue... I really like the concept, but I wish I had more time to fully flush it out. Thanks!

The music is a bop, nice work! The art is good, too: everything that is different is different. A very unique idea, well done. Not sure if it was intentional or not, but I couldn't use the health bar as a weapon.

Thanks for the feedback! I forgot to mention that you need to remove the first chunk (right most) before you can use the others. Otherwise, it was a nightmare to program the color fill lol.

Your game is cool too! The art style I especially liked. The shifting sketch look is one of my favorites.

lol, thanks! Originally it was just going to be our filler art so we had something to work with while we programmed but the cursed nature of the beast took hold and took our game in a very different direction
