Swordy: The Sentient Sword
Thrown by Sir Blue, Swordy moves on its own, navigating perilous dungeons with skillful jumps, wall climbs, and unpredictable Chaotic Magic™, which randomly phases it through walls.
⚔️ Mechanics
Thrown Into Action – Time Sir Blue’s throw for speed and spin duration.
Wall Jumping & Climbing – Stick to walls and jump with precision.
Chaotic Phasing™ – Randomly slip through walls.
Aerial Control – Adjust movement mid-air.
Slash to Score – Defeat enemies by guiding Swordy into them.
🎮 Controls
Move: Left and Right Arrow Keys / A & D
Jump: Spacebar
Phase Through Walls: Press movement key toward the wall + Space

The players control the sword in this platformer games. Sir Blue only throw the sword, the rest is in the players hands

I had a difficult time working out the controls. After the sword randomly phased onto the ceiling of the first room, I couldn't manage to find a way to progress before time ran out.
That said, I like the idea of the sword being able to scale a wall by sticking itself into it. The music was great, albeit a bit loud. The options item on the main menu didn't open any configurable dialogues.
Cool idea!
That master sure has a nice time, me, the sword doing all the hard work~ Excellent work with it, though I do have to say that some sounds were a bit too loud compared to others. Great work overall!
