  • No proper GDD, which is required. Game is really fun, multiplayer was neat! Art was nice, would always like more tile design to help break it up. Good job on the multiplayer design!

Did you include your Game Design Document as a Google Drive link?
Yes

Seriously... did you include your Game Design Document?
Yes

Is your game set to Public so we can see it?
Yes

Tell us about your game!
A local multiplayer game (1-4 players) about running a potion shop. But you have a shadow around you that hides everything within a certain range of tiles!

Keep moving around to make sure you see new customers coming in, new ingredients being dropped, or just get a reminder about that hole in the middle of the level into which you don't want to fall.

Playable on keyboard (Arrow Keys/WASD) and gamepad. Movement is the only control you need. Progressive levels and tutorial. Insta-death after one mistake.

I could literally play this for hours. This game has a great potential.

> You could add some powerups to make it more interesting.

Good luck!!!!!!

Fun idea, and while I only played by myself, I can see some potential for fun multiplayer. Only issue I had was that once I picked something up I was stuck with it. That kind of stinks, especially when there's only one kart and the map is spawning things that don't go into carts.

Still it's a fun game with a lot of potential for frantic multiplayer.

Thanks!

And yes, I agree, that situation was a compromise. To make the tutorial as light as possible, you only get garbage bins in a later level. Until then, you can only lose your inventory by simply visiting a cart with the wrong thing—but that’s probably a tiny rule that many miss at first glance.
