- A nice twist on the survivor like genre, The game had a decent amount of polish, animations felt clean. The canned voice acting for the survivor had great moments, but eventually started to wear thin the longer it ran. the music was very basic and slow for what is supposed to feel like non stop action. The GDD didn't have a lot of details pertaining to the games creation and mechanics, as it felt more like an ideas board for future content. Keep working on those ideas and sharpen up the GDD, keep up the good work!

Summarise your game!
A new take on Vampire Survivors in which the player must keep an incredibly reckless hero alive amidst hordes of enemies
Please explain how your game fits the theme:
When I read "You Are The Weapon" I thought of games in which the player has no control over their weapons. I thought it would be funny to make a game like that but only give the player control over the weapon while having no control over the hero
Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
Game feel! I'm a gameplay programmer at heart and I'd love to know where some more juice would have improved my game.

Nice job!
Nice twist on survivors! Maybe add some recoil animation to the gun to give it some more juice. some particles coming from the barrel maybe. Nice job!
Oo good idea! I had muzzle projectiles on the Tony Gun early on but scrapped them because I couldn't make them look how I wanted lol. I'm really glad you enjoyed!
Nicely done! I like the idea of playing the weapon that protects the stupid hero. Gameplay felt good. I didn't notice any stuttering or performance problems. The only thing that would have been nice to have is settings to adjust the volume as the sounds were quite loud.
But great job, very fun game!
I'm glad you enjoyed!
