Carl's Catastrophe's itch.io pageJudge feedback
Judge feedback is anonymous.
- Okay this feels like one of those incredibly frustrating days that takes hours of failure to get right. That's not a bad thing. Definitely gives me the getting over it/only up vibes. It seems you have put some effort into making a variety of levels, which should be commended. I hope the story continues to develop throughout the levels as it seems quite entertaining. My only real critique would be to have a more detailed GDD especially including some screenshot or other planned imagery. Maybe we'll see a bunch of streamers pick up your game one day so their chats can enjoy them getting frustrated.

Have you checked that your GDD is publicly accessible ?
Yes
Is your game set to public on itch.io so we can see it?
Yes
Summarise your game!
Use Carl's momentum to create chaos. Show off or find the fastest route to destruction.
Please explain how your game fits the theme:
Carl's body is the weapon. You must take control of Carl and create chaos in order to progress.
Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
If you have issues with slow/heavy feeling physics it may be related to your browser/monitor refresh rate. Cheers :)

This reminds me of those root beer videos.
This game is really fun! Had me laughing a lot. The construction level is very hard
I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for playing!
GDD is very straightforward and to the point.
I'm not sure if I understand the theme implementation here.
Game runs well in HTML5.
Hello, thanks for giving my game a try!
I think the theme implementation is a bit more obvious in the 5 levels that have have been added since the first few builds were uploaded, Carl's motives are also briefly explained. Regardless, if you would like to play the updated version I would appreciate any feedback. Cheers
