Awesome concept of having games within a game. I also loved the unique take on the art style and how it all tied in nicely together. Taking note of the inspirations stated in the GDD, I can see how you have tied it all together with your own style. Ready to slay with my weapons attached to my pink car as I enter the driver's seat, I was zooming down the straight, enjoying the scenery passing by, which I thought was a nice, simple touch. Even the Slurpee was a cute touch. Gameplay was unique and interesting and engaging also, as it felt fast-paced. I noticed that some of the mini games looked a little better than others compared to the inside of the cockpit. I could see room for improvement in this small area as far as visuals go, and I also loved the retro, wacky sound effects and background music that acted as sound cues, which I did notice.

In this game, you take on the role of the powerful Deadly Interactive Vehicle AI or DIVA for short. Click through on-screen interactions to help your driver take home the gold in the Slay-tona 8000!

DIVA is a micro-game collection that takes inspiration from WarioWare but with a unique twist of using literal girl power to compete in a death-race. Attack your enemies with cannons, target vulnerabilities, and defend against enemy hacks to take your driver from the back of the pack to the finish line. Try for gold by completing all challenges and finishing with a heart-racing dash to the finish line in the boss game.

Please explain how your game fits the theme:
Fully embracing the idea of "you are the weapon," we decided to make a racing game without racing. Instead, players operate the highly advanced DIVA system to protect the driver from deadly threats and deal out some punishment as you speed ahead of your victims.

Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
The game is entirely mouse operated, which allows for the game to be played on mobile devices. Unfortunately, it does not work for iOS.
