  • This game is so twisted. I love it. Using an old philosophical argument and then making the player be the trolly, i.e. the weapon, is brilliant. The art and sounds felt homemade/hand crafted. It was simple and great! It was really satisfying to get away with things when the instructor was away. The sound effect from running over someone was wild. Felt home made and I kinda loved it for that reason. The audio design overall was a bit harsh sounding. I turned it down quite a bit. I have no idea if there's actually a market for this kind of game, but I enjoyed playing it! It was simple and twisted in the best way. A bit of narration for the trolley would be nice to understand that we're trying to escape cuz we don't like the situation we're found in would be a nice addition imo. Good job on the GDD and for making a whole game in a week! GG! Thank you for your submission. It was a lot of fun!

Have you checked that your GDD is publicly accessible ?
Yes

Is your game set to public on itch.io so we can see it?
Yes

Summarise your game!
A Trolley is being trained to make good trolley problem choices. But maybe this Trolley doesn't like to be told what to do.

Please explain how your game fits the theme:
The Trolley, by trying to free itself, is becoming a weapon.

Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
Is what is going on clear enough ? If not, what isn't clear ?

Cool spin on the classic trolley problem. The escape is executed very well with reversing everything, an intense time limit, and interesting modifiers to help you finish the run. It's challenging in a fun way. Nice job!
