- This is a very fun game to play! I have never jumped into any game like this before, so it was a learning curve for me. I had a lot of fun making my way through the different areas on the map. The design and graphics for this game were perfectly implemented in most areas, with only minor areas needing some touch ups. One of those being some of the characters overlapped for a frame or 2 when getting stopped by an object in a tight space. Very minor things as I say. The GDD is amazing, it has to be one of the best I have ever read. The layout and information used are exactly what I think should be in a GDD, with everything explained very well. I think the interpretation of the theme was unique, the cleverness that the "weapon" expands as you play is a great mechanic. Over all this game was very fun to play through and a great entry into the Game Jam, keeping developing this game please!

You play an alien parasite sent for future invasion.
Your are the weapon, controlling the brain of humans, composing an ever-growing horde !
Every person you touch falls under your control, expanding your army. The more you gather, the stronger you become!
Horde gain updates, a charge, a surge , a split skill.
And you can use a gamepad (that's better).
Please explain how your game fits the theme:
The main character is a horde controlled by the player. The hole horde is in it-self a weapon and each member can be sent to attack enemy like a samouraï use his blade.
You are the weapon, not as a lone fighter, but as a growing horde. Every person you touch becomes part of your army, turning the crowd itself into a weapon. Each member can be sent to attack enemy like a samouraï using his blade.

Neat mob control game. I’d suggest adding a health meter for the player. I’d suggest using a different key than “Control” for Surge because the first time I got the power, I tried to move and I ended up pushing Ctrl + W which closes the browser window, hahaha.
Thanks for the feedback. I will definitively change the key. I have an AZERTY keyboard and did not realize that.
The isometric aesthetic is amazing, loved how the models looked too. The concept was interesting and I think it did fit the theme. I would recommend putting a popup somewhere that tells you that your soldiers can only shoot while you aren't moving if you were to continue this project as I would have never been able to make it past level 2 without that knowledge imparted to me by a comment on the itch page. What's more I couldn't figure out how I was supposed to beat level 3. I tried it about 5 times and it definately seemed like if you got caught by the turrets your men would be gunned down in seconds and when you lose too much firepower your run is basically dead. I would really like to see this game continued, I'm a huge fan of isometric games with this aesthetic, but it definately needs some balance tweaks or checkpoints. If you just want to make small changes and nothing major nerfing the firepower on the turrets would help, and reducing their healthn if their meant to be killed (I never managed to kill one after trying twice so I assumed they weren't meant to be killed since I had a lot of guys shooting it and it wouldn't break.)
Thanks for your feedback. I agree with what you say. The game is indeed unbalanced. I plan to rework on it, at least to make it balanced and completable, fix some bugs, make respawn at each level.
