I played the working version cos I couldn't get the jam version to load - but I had fun. I liked that you slowly gave the player new abilities so they could learn each one. I got far enough past the first cannons level, but around those levels - I wasn't enjoy the lack of checkpoints 😅 It was a bit frustrating to restart at the beginning each time. I enjoyed the music, and especially the art - the skybox was also great too and I like what you did with the cloudy sea shader. Some parts were a bit difficult, and I don't mind the difficulty as long as it doesn't punish the player too much. Overall, an awesome entry that you made in two weeks. Well done!!

- First of all, really good work on your GDD, nice and thorough, and well done for finishing everything you set out to do! Really fun game, it ran smoothly, and clearly fits the theme of the Jam. I love the art simplicity of the art style and world design, almost giving you a false sense of hope with how easy it's going to be! And I was particularly impressed with your non-gore approach to attacking enemies etc. Clearly a lot of thought went in to the target audience. And I like that you put so much effort into the lore of the game, giving the player a bit of context. I did unfortunately come across a bug, but it looks like that it has already been addressed in the description and the comments. Additionally, the mechanics can be a bit fiddly now and then, but I suppose that would go away with more practice.
