Is it human, butterfly, knife, wolf?

goat

Sorry to hear it's not working, we do already have SharedBufferArray enabled, what operating system and browser are you using so we can look into the issue?

This has to be one of my favorite games that I've played in this jam. I absolutely loved how creative and funny the different rooms, the white room, the door room, the art room, this was so much fun to play. Also one of the best cover arts lol

Oh no!! Too bad you couldn't see the ending, thanks for letting us know. I loved your game btw !

This game is so awesome. Seriously, I've never seen something like this. That was so cool. My roommate and I were laughing so hard. I will say the levels got a bit repetitive in the second half.  The most interesting part was the claymation aesthetic and the dialogue, and this was more than enough to keep me playing.  Please make more stuff like this!!

Responses like these are why we do this. Really glad you enjoyed, it means a lot.

Super transportive and creative storytelling. I really enjoyed it, and I hope to play more of your work one day!

Buttery smooth movement. Also getting to choose between the foods and getting it wrong was super funny. Nice game, had fun :)

Normally I'm not a fan of super punishing games, but when I learned that you have to replay the entire thing on death, it gave an already scary game some serious stakes, and made my second run terrifying. Nice job making a bold choice like that. Also forcing the player to actually close the game on death is a nice touch. I wish the game showed some awareness that you had failed in the past, but that's a stretch for a jam game. Great job!

Wonderful sprite work, visual effects, and SFX! The gun and sword handling felt great. Really reminded me of the power of game juice. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get past the second maze, even after I killed all the ninjas - I was using the download version if that helps. Would love to finish the game if you get a patch in, and I had a really good time getting as far as I could. Super underrated!

Really beautiful game! The  brick tileset looked SO good. It was super fun to unlock new abilities and I wish I got to use them more, but I totally understand the overscoping. Getting into the final door was so hype and that was such a cool transformation animation for Leah. Great work!

Fun and cute game! Loved the theming of all the levels. Like another comment said, I couldn't figure out how to progress on the third level so I stopped there :(

This game was so cool! I was really impressed with how many mechanics there were and how fluidly everything worked together! My favorite part was the puzzle level, and I would've loved to play more levels like it. I didn't end up completing "Annoying Hallway" and "Around the World" because of how big the maps were :(. Great work!

I got a time of 24s! I liked having the levels randomized, though some seemed much more difficult than others. Nice work!

For posting your download, I recommend zipping the .pck and .exe into one file. On windows you can do so by selecting both files > right click > send to > compressed folder.

Makes me so happy to hear this. We worked very hard on it and appreciate the kind words. Making that ending scene was a lot of manual labor, but it seems it was worth it :)

Dude this game scared the shit out of me, like I'm not sure how much of a horror game it was meant to be but that bait-and-switch key was terrifying. Super fun game congrats!!

Glad you enjoyed it!

Really nice design, especially with the door menu. Nice job pulling all this together in such a short time frame. Had a lot of fun!

Oh no! Glad you enjoyed it anyway lol. The code is *SPOILER WARNING* butterfly, wolf, butterfly, knife, in case you wanna see the ending.

Ian, the programmer from Lukko here: Nice work on your first game! We also code in Godot, so glad to see a fellow Godot user 😁. I've only tried working in 2d, so impressed that you went straight to 3d!

Very very fun, loved the movement. Felt like a badass, and the pickups were also nice. I know you didn't make the music yourself, but it was a good choice. I wish there was a visual indicator other than the health bar of when you got hit. Other than that super enjoyable, thanks for making this!

It's so funny that you had the foresight to add special text when players click the winning door first. Got it on my first run lmfao. There goes all my luck for the next ten years. I really enjoyed the gameplay loop on my second run. Sometimes the dice rolls felt like they took a while, but other than that, really enjoyable experience.

Ugh I wish this game worked on my computer because the visual style is so so cool. I was so excited as soon as I started moving around, but every time I spoke to the old man the text would break or I would be killed by a wolf during the dialogue sequence. It's a jam game though, so I totally understand this stuff can happen. If you release a patch I would definitely play again! Props to you for trying something visually ambitious and unique.

Very fun game! I loved the fluidity of the movement and platform building.

Very fun game! I loved the atmosphere and use of lighting, and collecting powerups and getting stronger was very satisfying.

Just so you know, on my first playthrough, I didn't kill the tutorial turret, went into the next room where the door shut on me, I fought the red guys, and then couldn't advance any further, I'm guessing because the turret was still alive. If possible it could be nice to make it so you can't go to the next room without killing the turret first.  Great work on the game!

SO DOPE!! I am obsessed with the soundtrack. The aesthetic is awesome, and super immersive. I would say sometimes the balancing feels unfair, and that beating the game requires more luck than knowledge of the combat mechanics or items, but I could just be bad. Many of my runs have ended on the first or second attack of the first encounter which is a bit frustrating. I will keep playing anyway though because that combat music is everything. Thanks for making this!

SUCH A SICK CONCEPT. Immediately I wasted 30 seconds trying to use it like a DAW lol. One issue I had was when full screening the game, the notes no longer lined up with the horizontal marks - this was on web. Thanks for making this, really enjoyed it.

Dude this game is so sick. Awesome spritework, fun mechanics, good level design, good music, really really nice job. My only complaint is I couldn't fullscreen the web version or the downloadable version ;( it was a bit frustrating to accidentally click off the game window. Thanks for making this! Looking forward to seeing more of your games in the future.

Man that was hard, but I was able to beat it. Fun game! Maybe consider making some of the more random elements like the copies of the player a little easier, as that kind of difficulty can become frustrating, but maybe it's just a skill issue lol

Thank you!! It took many long nights haha. I really enjoyed your game, so this is especially nice to hear coming from you. The art was my main contribution - I'm glad you enjoyed it! Hope to see more of your games in the future.

Really fun game, gameplay and visuals were both great! I was able to find the final portal, which was really exciting. My favorite part was the larger rooms with a lot of enemies, I would've liked seeing you lean into that part more, I found myself getting lost in corridors a lot. Nice work!

Beautiful game, I loved the graphics and animations in the top. I thought the decision to have healing pickups be black was super cool, it forced me to keep looking around the screen. The gameplay was pretty tough, I managed to get through the level with all the insults after a lot of tries, but couldn't get through the doors level :(

Fun Pikmin-esque game. I think I was teleported to the final dialogue before I could collect all the items? But the story was really funny. I also love how you displayed the tutorial partially through the ground texture.

Really nice game. The puzzle designs were well thought out, and I love the clean style of the visuals and the music. The only issue I had was remembering which skin allows me to pass through which color of wall. Maybe if the skins had some of the wall color in them this would be a bit easier. I had a lot of fun, thanks for making this!

I really really liked this. Thanks for making it.

Super fun game! I loved the excitement of going into a new room, the door entering animation really added to the hype. I also really liked the visual style of the game. I'm not sure if I missed it, but I couldn't find the machine gun or the shotgun, I also couldn't find big boss creature you have in your screenshots. Great work!

Fun game! I played until I got a full set of copper armor and tools! Controls all felt very intuitive and smooth.

I didn't realize you were in our comments! Glad you enjoyed it. We really enjoyed your game as well!
