Amazing game in c#. Wow.
What a polished gem! I managed to get it working on my steam deck (then flipped it to play it vertically) and it felt awesome. A great concept executed with style xxx
(Also the next pizza jam is in july https://itch.io/jam/pizza-jam-pizza-prize9)
Very relaxing game for me too. It would be more better if it would on android or smth.
Really relaxing game. I wonder what waiting me at the top cause the cloud and branches are too much for me
Extremely well executed, and a treat to play. gonna keep on the lookout for more games from this dev.
Thanks! I'm drawing a lot of parallels between our games (simple mechanic, score ticking up, text boxes to encourage people to keep playing)... just leaving a comment on your game now
I loved this game! It is so juicy, the little typewriter sounds when getting water and the separation with the axe is so cool! It is such a nice and aesthetically pleasing game! :)
The only thing I was unsure of when I played is the axe being a good thing, I just had to experiment to find out which wasn't a bad thing at all. Lovely game!!
Glad you enjoyed! I agree the axe looks like something to avoid - maybe the powerups should all share a similar background colour to show they're all good things (depending on situation)
Thanks for playing!
Good game! One of the best in this jam!
High praise, thanks for playing!
Found this game very calming and entertaining. I managed to reach the area where the clouds almost entirely filled the screen, combined with the branches almost on every surface, that's probably the maximum my skill level could reach. I also found the song and the sound effects to match the game really well. The one thing I think could be improved would be adding the score onto the kill screen so players can see what height they are in, I myself only saw the confetti's when I reached a new bar but I couldn't focus on what height it was actually in.
Thanks for the feedback! The game over screen should show the distance you reached, so if it wasn't showing up there might be a bug I need to look into...
