The overall idea with the cooldown being slow was you'd have to choose either to have a slower time or try keep going

Great game! The vibrant color of the platform look really nice, really gives off the vibe of being hot. Just think that the boss had too much health haha

Nice game !, you did the theme well but here are my tips for you:
1. Search and Learn about "Cayote Time" it will make the jump so smooth and make the game feel better
2.Add some basic sound and music
3.make the player collision fit the player sprite
