Great job using the IridescentRose's quickgame routine! Your arcade game has a great music and was a lot of fun to play! I have never seen a pong + network packet twist before, so that was a fun surprise to discover while playing. I didn't make a double-digit high score, but I'll be playing more of your game even after the jam.

That was pretty fun once I figured out what you were supposed to do. The random ball and portal movement is a little disorienting, but the goal and general strategy is straightforward. Trying to change the position of the portal/hole while the ball is close to one of the edges is risky, so you need to use the regular pong mechanics when that happens.

The music and sound effects were great!

One part I didn't get was that the description says "There is a reason the controls aren't mapped to the CROSS and TRIANGLE buttons". I assumed that meant both cross and triangle do something in the game, but I didn't notice triangle doing anything when I pressed it.

It doesn't work on the PSP, but I tested on PPSSPP and it's a really good concept about an old original game. Hope to get a version that works on hardware. EDIT: the issue was the missing assets folder, copying them on the game's folder make it works. Best regards from Mexico.

I'll try reuploading when I get to a computer

Currently nobody has been able to get it to work on PSP, but have on PPSSPP. I'll wait for your reupload, but be aware that one of the qualifications is that you must have a PSP Game that runs on the PSP.

To your earlier comment, looks like I missed pushing the audio assets. I've fixed the repo.

For this issue, I just uploaded the build directory. Copying that to my PSP and running worked.

I guess after all the tutorials, the one I actually needed was what to submit.

I haven’t tested it on an actual PSP, but it didn’t work on PPSSPP. I got a black screen on loading and then eventually a PPSSPP warning message saying the game was running too slowly. The FPS was stuck at 1/60
