Good example of a simple game that keeps building on a solid foundation. Actually pretty feature-rich for a jam game. Music reminded me of NES/Dr. Mario vibes in a good way. It just needs ranked multiplayer and toxicity

This would make for a good multiplayer game (even if it was one keyboard). The game is well polished and fun. But I suck at shooting guns.

We actually do have keybinds programmed for a second player.  We didn't have time to set anything worthwhile up though.

Level 1: follow the enemy to not let them paint anything

Level 2: take all the guns and let the AI live to assert dominance

Level 3: spawncamping

Level 4: can't follow :(

Level 5: Betrayal

Level 6: rage quit

A fun game, though, I don't really want to grind back to level 6 honestly. The music is nice, the AI is good (most of the time).

I think grind-from-start games work better when you can do it faster on second try.  The levels are really hard because I designed them after two weeks of playtesting and I find the first 10 or so to be relatively easy.  If nobody passes level 6 I'm debating posting a video or livestreaming myself playing through the game so you can all see how far it gets.
EDIT: I think we didn't retest the levels after getting the AI to handle guns and bombs properly.  I can't get past level 9.

developer himself is not able to beat his own game? Well, what a crazy opportunity to try and beat the developer

beat it on the third try, 376 point. Wanted to take a screenshot, but the menu closed the moment I pressed any button :sob:

You got the victory screen?
This means WAR!

It's so fun and challenging. Very smart AI (it killed me more times that I would like to admit) and gameplay

Thanks for the positive feedback!
