I really love the art stile and the concept <3

This is probably one of the nicest looking game jam entries I've seen. Absolutely love the style and the artwork, very artistic choice to make the character a colored paint bucket character while making the rest of the world black and white. Very imaginative art style and character / enemy designs. The objective was very clear from the get-go, although I wasn't sure if there were other controls available besides movement.  The game's difficulty increases wonderfully; I started the game thinking "Oh okay. This is nice and easy." then thought "Oh okay. It's getting a little harder. I can handle this."  and finally thought "Holy crap. How am I dodging all these enemies and projectiles?!"  The production value of the music is superb and it feels like it's wonderfully synced with the game's increasing difficulty, with the music reaching its climax as the game's difficulty reaches its climax. I do wish the game had some kind of ending screen or cut scene, I reached what I'm assuming is the end where the music stops and apples keep spawning endlessly.  Also, some of the fruit was very hard to spot when the camera's field of view peaked. Still, A+++ on the visual and audio aesthetics, great bullet-hell style gameplay as well.

Thanks for the kind words. While I am not a veteran of Game Jams I really tried to go for simple, manageable but effective. Really glad it was well welcomed.

One of my favorite entries so far! I love the visual style and also the music and sounds are good. But what I appreciated most is the gradually increase of difficulty, which in my opinion is very well balanced.

Thanks a lot!

We were very lucky to have sadriparian.itch.io and www.jamiebakersound.com providing us awesome art and sound respectively! :)

We tried to scale the diffculty up, but balance, variety and replayability could be better in our opinion :) But as usual, there were no time left to iterate over it again! XD

This game is really good. The artstyle is cute, the sounds fit the great theme of your game, the idea for the game is unique and I liked it a lot! I just wish there was more color when the stage is huge and there's lots of going on. Like maybe a couple of color fruits to appear at once?

Lovely experience!

Thank you! Also, very good point about having more colored fruits. We thought about having three, to add a small tactical aspect to the game. Also, we originally intended the colored circle that highlights a fruit to be scale independent... but we ran out of time before implementing any of these ideas :D
