What was the origin story?
This project was originally created in February of 2022 as a gift for a friend. I figured that I would be able to re-tool it as a canonical game for my on-going '12 months, 1 story' project. Several months later I have moved on and abandoned working on it.
For this jam I created a new quest and took out most of the personal references. I may still update the game to reduce the game size (currently over 300mb)

Really nice action game! Detailed "Menu" and "UI", with nice and easy animations, beauty simple graphic. Good challenge shootin, cool diferently weapons. I like your desicion for aim flip the gun of "hero" self, if is cursor placed on them, for avoid to try player shoot himself :D I saw just one problem, in time of my play. Sprites in one line of screen/grid/map was be little "blink or glitchy" if my character moving. Which engine have u choice, for this game? Very good work!

Thanks for the feedback! I used Defold for my game engine, I've been using it since around 2018.
Can you explain what you mean by 'blink or glitchy'. Is there a specific area this is happening in?
Oh, Really cool! :)) That "blink or glitchy' I mean in windows(downloaded) version in full screen. I saw in one part of screen graphic bug. i was tried "catch screen" of monitor but picture doesnt show anything bad, If i set no full windowed it works well or in browser works well too :)
I'll play around with it and see if I can figure out what's going on. I think it might be something with scaling the tile map but I'm not sure yet

Wonderful well thought out story with game-play to match. My favorite gun was probably the Special Forces SMG
