Title
Take 2
Description
This whole song was written with the idea of mixing ethnic instruments with popular western ones, and to kinda explore the sound that makes. This section is like 3 mins in.
Instruments used
Piano - 8
Er Hu - 2
Clarinet - 4
TOTAL = 14
Original song is 7 mins long, but that went way over the limit for coins so just got a snippet and changed some instruments

I love the composition! Your use of dynamics and tempo changes make this piece come alive and reminds me of the score in a Ghibli film.
I do wish you used the clarinet and erhu a little more, it felt like a piano piece with some other instrument cameos especially towards the end when it became a solo piano. It was a missed opportunity to elevate the piece even higher than it is already.
I really enjoyed this one, you kept it simple and kept it interesting =.
That tempo pickup is fun! I loved how the bass notes in the piano start to come in and fill things out from time to time. I do think it's BEGGING for strings to come in, hopefully you did that in your full version!
Sounds lovely, that piano is very nice to listen to.
Iโm curious, if this is a cut version, what does the original 7 minute version sound like?
It's just the timings of rmcc was a bit off with this songs release, but full thing is released now on YouTube :)
Just listened to it, very cool!
I love the composition/writing of this piece a LOT. I also think it fits really well with the prompt. I can imagine myself gazing at the sunset/sunrise and getting lost in this piece. I wanted to fit the erhu into mine but never liked the way it sounded, but yours is really perfect. Great piece.
Thanks, true it's a bit tricky to get the erhu to work but sounds beautiful once it's done
It's a lovely piece, I especially like the piano line, it's beautiful! The way you play with the tempo and time is also great. I liked the er hu as well, but its reverb(?) made it sound a bit out of place compared to the other instruments which had a 'drier' sound.
Agreed there, reason there's so much though is cause I had to replace the flute that was there before hand cause that went over the limit and just didn't change the settings lmao
I thought the Er Hu was very nice and I wish it were used more throughout the snippet you chose
