I really like the DOOM OSTs by Mick Gordon, and I also really like the boss themes from Sonic Frontiers, so I tried to mix them together...
I tried my best to recreate some DOOM sounds and instruments, and I hope to get feedback!

Very brutal sound, nice heavy music!
Thanks!

You certainly have a talent for metal production! I don’t know the tropes of Doom music to comment on, but some things that I did notice that I thought were really cool were the EQ shifts in the master that felt like we were sliding in and out of reality, the buzzy synth lead, the sidechaining to allow the bass to come through, and the lateral reverb that makes the echoes seem like they are moving and therefore implies motion. Great work on this and thank you for sharing!
Thanks for your kind words! Haha most of these were just experimenting and playing with a bunch of instruments, amps and other things in Garageband, although I hope to improve, as, to me at least, a lot of stuff needs work if I want to try to do something similar in future.
Kudos to the creativity in making this 'in the style of' cover. You got quite close to the sounds of the DOOM soundtrack. However, the chainsaw was missing ;)
Jokes aside, one comment I have is that the piece could use a little more dynamic contrast. Other than that, great job!
Thanks for the feedback! I'm gonna try and consider that if I do something similar in future...plus a(n imitation) chainsaw hehe
WOW! This is so cool! Love the section at 1:44 to 2:05! A bit of feedback Id give is that, although the crash works in that section, it gets really repetitive, especially always having the delay. It might sound better if you were to do something cool with the rhythm of it. You sort of do this in the following section, where the crash is a lot more interesting, but I would still tune down the reverb in that section. This is a really minor nitpick though, and overall it sounds super cool!
Thanks for the feedback!
Nice Job! I honestly wasn't sure how I felt about it at first, the quality of the main bass at the 45 minute mark just didn't feel quite right, but then when the song transitioned at 1:20 it really kicked into gear and I loved it!
Thx for your feedback! I tried to experiment and stuff to get the DOOM-like sounds so it's not super great, but I hope I can improve on the sounds so that I can make more in future!
