Name of the game/anime/film the soundtrack is from
Prince of Persia Warrior Within

Description
Oriental metal, I used LMMS. I really like the lead synth (most noticeable at around 1:01), I think it ended up being a very faithful recreation of the synth from the game's main menu music and it was a lot of fun to do the sound design for it.

I've not played PoP:WW but from a browse of the soundtrack you definitely captured the mood really well, and it was generally pleasing to listen to.

I would have perhaps liked the drums to be a bit more prominent in the mix, particuarly in the latter stages of the track - a punchier kick in particular would have helped build up into the ending riff. I know this can be tricky with some VSTs but if you don't mind dropping some $$ GetGood Drums is a really good-sounding and easy to mix kit for rock and metal.

I remember this game, you music really honors it's soundtrack.

I really like fiery and intense desert-sounding music and this fits the bill! The airy pad, overdriven guitars, and tom-filled percussion work very well together and create an atmosphere that fits the inspiration game well. You have a really good sense of pacing with a good amount of variety- for example, just when I was thinking that it would be nice if it were a little faster, you kicked into double-time. Love that ending with the guitar and drum hits. Great job and thank you for sharing!

Nice work! It captures the vibe of the game very well.

After skimming through a few tracks on the game's original soundtrack, I think you did a really great job of creating a tribute to the game! Nice job!
