Well done on coming 2nd! Can you contact me via the Discord to discuss prizes etc?
Yeah, this was a perfect entry to the jam. The voice acting was incredible, the intro was awesome, and the final 'boss' was amazing. It pulled 'so bad it's good' off extremely well, and it's one of the few games in this jam that was simultaneously really bad and really enjoyable. Great work!
Thank you all so much for the nice comments!
Definitely poured my heart and soul out on this one, and had such a fun time working on it. Brought me lots of smiles and laugher, though as far my humour goes, this was really quite tame!
It's also not often I actually finish a project; just glad I have something else to add to the portfolio!
@Gurgie: I don't know what that thing is, but I love it, haha! I have a really bad track record of keeping myself committed to a project outside of competitions, but anything's possible!
I knew this game was gonna be good when I was dropped in and saw a turtle in the background walk off a skyscraper. The whole game felt surprisingly polished, and very entertaining.
The exe file opened in a tiny window, but luckily I could open it up through blender and crank it to 4K.
Felt good, sounded good, played good, looked good. not much more I could ask for here.
This is how a so bad it's good game should look like <3
One of the very few entries that got it right. Highest rated by me one so far.
Also, thx for the blend file ^^ Call me if you want to do something fun.
Fired this up in good old blender 2.76... that boss fight, my god xD
Another short but sweet one. The opening narration was amazing. I found the gameplay frustrating but not the the point of giving up- you have to learn it a bit but once I figured things out I beat it pretty easily.
Props for using Blender, I've seen some people build games in it but I can barely make a box.
