An idea very similar to what we took on, but with a very different spin and direction.

The game feels a little clunky with respect to selecting items, and having the resulting fusion be spit into your inventory rather than staying in the output would be nice.

Really good chemistry based game - you should add screenshots and a bit more info to make it more appealing and draw more attention :)

It's a good idea, don't worry that you ran out of time to do everything you wanted. I bet you learned a lot of new stuff and you tried something new and that is the goal of game jams, so good job for taking on a challenge!
