Love the aesthetics and vibe in the game. Of course it's shooting whales with ducks because why wouldn't it be? The water design works well and pairs nicely with the ducks and whales. Overall love the design and creative direction.
The only improvement I would suggest is more free movement in the air - the player spends most of their time gliding, so giving more control to the player would improve the controls feel I think.

Thanks so much for the accurate feedback! We will try to increase the control in the air. we left it so low because in the test phase keeping it high the game became boring after a while and you lost the sense of challenge and improvement. ;)
Sense of pride and accomplishment 😁
I would be happy to see this game expand with more ideas - the creative direction is flawless.
Thank you so much! We will try to implement new things and improve existing ones! Maybe in the future we can do a Jam together👍
I love the duck sounds. It's pretty fun but it doesn't match the theme very good. Good job
Thanks for the duck, we don't understand the comment on the topic. You have to bounce to be able to pass the level and catch as many whales as possible.
Game looks incredible! Wish we had water like that in unity. Great tutorial, fun game and cool mechanics. Awesome job!!
Thank you very much, it's our first jam and this feedback makes us very happy !!
Strangely, when I tried to open the game, I got an error. I don't know if it is something to do with my computer or something to do with the game.
Hi, you're the first one to give this error to. Do you have 32 bit windows? The game was made for 64 versions, maybe that's why it won't open for you. We are so sorry that you cannot try our game
No, I use 64 bit. I don't have a graphics card, so that might be an issue?
This is probably the problem. What a shame
If it can be of any help, they recommend updating the DirectX drivers to resolve this error
love it, it's giving me that old quake feelings but with alot of motion blur and really hard to control character cause air movement feels like movement a boulder with my mind and the jumping is sooo short like really? not even as high as the knee but overall really nice game with a rhythm to it like bouncing and shooting at the same time and the music telling me to chill when the water is like a meter away from me
nice :D
Thanks so much for the feedback, we have reduced the control in the air to give that touch of challenge and initial difficulty. We have set the bounces low to make sure you have to calculate well when to throw yourself. The platforms initially pushed a lot more and you had a lot more control in the air but that made the game boring after a few minutes. Yes, we have chosen these sounds to make a contrast between tranquility and anxiety given by the constantly rising water level.
I have not seen an unreal game in a gamejam in a long time, wish there were alot more tbh. At first i was afraid of just a bunch of assets without much gameplay to it, but you did a great job all around, bouncing between platforms was the perfect combination of challenging and fun. One thing I'm not sure about is the gun, I feel like you could have went full focus on the bouncing, the gun seems slightly out of place, but it did not hurt the experience it was very fun to play regardless.
We thought the same thing but realized that it could add some twitching in the game, seeing it afterwards probably we could even implement more the bouncing mechanic, thank you very much for the feedback!
