fun game, very good controls, a lot of replayability, also the music complements the gameplay very well

Nice and funny game, really like it
But I hasn't find "Exit" button *: )
By the way, please, check out my game and rate it, from recent update you can play this game in browser and I need to test this feature :) Thanks!
Fun game although it could use a little juice and polish and with that mowing down that many enemies would feel great. Good Job!
really fun game! I think the only thing it misses is sound for the weapons
Cool game! More selection of guns would've been nicer!
The checkerboard background can strain the eyes at the speed it moves. Otherwise enjoyable.
Loved the game, but ended up with a negative score, haha! I agree with the others that sound effects for the guns would be super cool, and same with leaderboard names. Very solid game!
Thank you for your feed back! Personally I'm really disappointed with the negative scoring system, as i believe it removes any incentive to play further, and only it really occurs to players who were already getting high highscores. But nonetheless, thank you for playing my game!
Yeah, it's a game jam game, so there are bound to be bugs. I laughed quite a bit when I felt like I was doing well and looked at my score and it was negative, so if nothing else at least the bug is really funny. Great job with the game, I enjoyed it quite a bit!
I wish there were more sound. Made 19k score. Liked the game overall, pistol needs a buff though!
Hello, thank you very much for your feedback!
Satisfying game, I really liked how the enemies moved. Would have definitely liked a sound effect for shooting.
Suddenly, my score started going down as I shot people instead of up?
Yeah, sorry, that happens with weapons that pierce, as the bullet passes through it decreases in damage, and can sometimes can go negative, and since score is the sum of damage it decreases. I was aware of this bug beforehand, but unfortunately i was unable to fix it in time :(
Thank you very much for playing however! I apologise for the bug!
Yup :)
"Inertia of the crowd" is a very good technique for this format of the game. The weapon was often lying next to another, so it was thrown out, and a pistol with single shots hinders more than helps, it might be worth it and it should have been made automatic or at least semi-automatic.
The background doesn't really interfere, but if you play for a long time, it's a little rippling in your eyes, perhaps it would be worth making it monotonous in this game.
Otherwise, a good example of a vampire-survival-like game,
Hello, thank you very much for your feedback!
Hey!
Nice and fun shooter!
What I liked:
I really liked, the different weapon types and how the optics are implemented. The telekinesis part was fun, but often the game was too fast paced to use it more properly. Interestingly: The basic background didn't made a bad impression here. It just helped focus on the horde. The music was very fitting. I was able to outrun them often diagonally as this doubles my speed :). The leaderboard made me want to try it multiple times and the splatter particles felt satisfying enough to make an overall fun game here.
Things to remark:
- In the beginning I was wondering if it was a bug that I started without a weapon in a game called gunjam ^^. Second attempt then, I found the first weapon and the brawl began.
- The score counter at the end runs a long time if the score is high enough :)
Overall:
A nice fast paced top down shooter with some special mechanics and a leader board in place.
Good Job!
Keep it up and thanks for submitting!
Thank you very much for your reply, and for playing my game! I'm very glad to hear that you enjoyed it and didn't mind the background! And if it's not a bother, would you be able to further explain what you mean by the optics? Thank you again for playing
I guess that comes from my german background and a bad translation. In germany "optisch" means visual, so I basically wanted to say: The graphics of the weapons are very nice and I like that picking them up results in a different player model, that shows the gun in hands. Given the small time it would not have been strange if there would be just one player model with a standard gun. But seeing a change in the character visuals when picking up items always feels very satisfying.
Ah I see, thank you very much for your feedback!
