Great atmosphere, makes you feel like you're sharing the place with... something... :)
I donβt know if the game ends in a certain way or if I canβt move on ;) But I like the design of the monster, its sound and background noises.
That was fun! I really liked the monster design and how it wasn't just intensely gunning at you, we shared a nice staring contest in a hallway and that was the highlight of my playing. Not that the monster didn't possess any danger, many times I got to reroute because it managed to get in front of me. Oh and the sound design was great! Especially the more uncanny-sound that came from the monster, never heard monster making that kind of sound I think. The atmosphere was fun, but I feel the mouse sensitivity was a bit too low for my liking, options to change that is always welcome Never mind that, great job on doing the options! I just missed it since I didn't need to try and pause during the game hehe. Regardless I like the backrooms vibe, respect for the opening and ending animations. Good job!
oh haha my bad i did miss the pause button in the controls screen, i was supposed to put the options settings on the main screen as well but i thought it should be fine just in game. glad you had fun though, the sound honestly wasn't intentional i just recorded myself banging my shoe on some wood and then added some bass, i wanted to add more like screaming and stuff but i didn't want to record the scream.
