Very atmospheric and beautiful. I like both the idea and the embodiment!

Thank you so much!

Awesome game man. I think this is really fun, however It seems like there are a couple bugs which make the game a little hard to play. I think the concept is awesome though. I would love to play through it all if the bugs get fixed. Awesome work for a one week project. Also just want to mention I really liked the voiceover.

Developer(+1)

Thank you for the kind words, i think the bug may now be fixed for the most part (using the UI should be simpler now) but even if you don't get another play thank you for trying!

I'll give it another try :)

Great idea for a game! I am having a hard time with the UI though. If you manage to fix it I'll try finishing it.

Developer

Thank you for the kind words, i think the bug may now be fixed for the most part (the camera will stop when trying to use the UI) but even if you don't get another play thank you for trying!

Actually kinda fun having this type of mystery solving. Although I'm bit of a slow reader so it would have been better for myself to realize to actually read the news articles before I started to radio. What an immense panic it was to try and figure out all at once haha! xD

But besides my lack of skills and some jank which the non-locked mouse caused, it was fun experience ^^ I liked all the small details on what could happen around the room. Mad respect for having the voice lines be rather seamless too. I guess for the atmosphere maybe some of the random spooks happening rate could be little less, as in my first playthrough I had managed to gather a pile of books that were flown from the shelves. But nitpicks, nitpicks.

Overall good writing, atmosphere was nice and the graphical style (+ all the details) were great too! Good job on this! ^^

thank you so much for the feedback I'm glad you enjoyed minus the mouse lock, been kicking myself over that!

Heh, don't kick yourself too hard, things happen, especially on a limited time like in game jams! ^^ Trust me, I've been kicking myself over some bugs too and just hoping nobody notices lol.

I find this idea pretty interesting, nice

Very cool and unique game. Had a few issues with the mouse movement but I think its probably just some WebGL weirdness with my browser. Audio was great too - nice work Liquid Beaver Studios!

Developer

thanks so much! Yep webgl is a pain but I'm glad you still enjoyed!

Like aesthetics and sounds!

I liked the idea, but I encountered an issue where when I opened my inventory by pressing E, the game wouldn't lock my mouse back in place once I closed it. Besides that, the voice work is pretty good, and I like what you're doing.

Developer

thanks so much I'm glad you enjoyed!

I like this concept, I did try  to walk around at first, then I realized how it worked. I really liked the voice acting, very impressive I have heard worse in AAA titles. I like this so much, I want to make a game like this.

Developer

woohoo! Glad you liked the voice acting admittedly the bit I was most scared about! Thank you for the feedback!

Great game, the audio is fantastically done with great stories. Enjoy the game play though would like my camera to sit still while in my inventory pretty tough clicking the buttons with it moving around.  Though am glad it does stop moving once you open the notes or news page.

Developer

thank you for that! Definitely will work on UI mechanics more in my next game but glad you had fun!

Really loved the atmosphere and the sound design. Great game overall!

Very impressive game with a great story! The voice acting is so excellent that my first time through, I wasn't even trying to solve the mysteries, but just listen to the different stories. Once I realized that you could use those stories to solve the deaths in the articles, i was even more impressed. My biggest issue with the game were the controls, though. I had a lot of trouble with the mouse movement, as it seemed like there was an invisible wall blocking me from moving the mouse to the edges of the room, so I couldn't always click on the things that were highlighted. But if you can address the mouse bugs, I'd love to return to this world to solve the rest of the murders!

Developer(+1)

thank you so much! The mouse movement is a gift that came with converting to webgl unfortunately! I'm really glad you still enjoyed it!

Great game. I love the voice acting, Its really well, and you dont see voice acting that often in game jams. The story is good, and its also really fun to play detective and solve murders.

My only complaint is that when you press "E" to open your inventory your mouse still moves the camera. which bugs the camera a bit. But thats a pretty small thingy and the game is still fully playable.

Overall I really enjoyed it with all of its small details (I like how you can turn on the lamp besides you or the books that fall out of the bookcase).

Great game, Keep it upโ™ฅ

Thank you so much!
