- The concept of a broken game that manipulates its player to uncover changes is a very enticing one! It is quite a dark game, with each character's idiosyncrasies being revealed as the product of trauma. I liked the idea and enjoyed it - I think understanding the player's motivation to kill and guiding the player to the loop a little more clearly could help reinforce the story. Interesting game!

Haven't seen any meta horror games on the jam yet so props for that. I had to look through the comments to understand that the error was intentional though. But enjoyed it and a unique concept for sure overall well done.
An intersting mechanic, nice work.
A little needlessly edgy at times, but it was pretty fun! One way to make the looping mechanic easier to understand for the player would be to change the game more, things deteriorating and getting more and more eerie for example!
Either way, an interesting concept and it works!
Heh, my brother in genre. Cursed jrpg game developers team!
The game is nice indeed and I like the different messages depending on how far you got in the story, great music and ambience.
No not back to school!!! The horror. Nice vibes felt old school in a good way. I get an error at the janitors room which seems to halt my progress. Everything up to that point I enjoyed
You have to keep playing after the error message, the game changes a little after each error.
Thanks. No One did let me know in the Discord. If the app didn't shut down I might have got it. It just felt like a normal game jam bug, as such I was not expecting to do anything else. It might not have been the best idea for a jam, most folk will probably move on if a game breaks, they won't naturally question if it was a feature or not. A warning or hint would go a long way to helping people out.
Yeah, it wasn't really my idea to do the error message. We probably should have made it more obvious that it was intentional.
Jams are tricky. You get to see all the things you would change once it's too late to do anything about it. I am making a list of all the changes I wish I'd made on mine. It's all good learning and it's been super interesting to see what others have made.
Yeah, your game is great by the way, I really liked it.
Nice retro aesthetic but I did get an error in the second level
You haven't completed the game, LMAO
The error is intentional.
Ok I tried it again and read the comments it is a nice idea really reminds me of the end of Undertale
Yeah, I just wish we made it seem more intentional in the beginning. I think a lot of people will be thrown off thinking it doesn't work. I really liked your submission by the way.
Thanks have you rated my game ??

Loved the soundtrack and Undertale vibes! The story really got me staring at the screen thinking about it. KILL KILL KILL
