Pretty neat mechanics you implemented in RPG Maker. The music is all well suited for the atmosphere, although a little simple, but appropriate for the setting and the toybox. Pretty neat you managed to include a bossfight and it felt well rounded altogether, but still felt a little half-fleshed out. There were a few movement bugs in the bossfight but nothing gamebreaking.
The music you did was really good and appropriate!
It took me a while to realize that I had to interact with the M to be able to continue the story; I thought it was a puddle… but then all went fluently!
Good job!
Very good use of the RPG Maker Tool.
I really liked the implementation of the temporary removed corruption and the boss fight.
Good work!
An game made with RPG Maker! Awesome! I loved exploring the world and interacting with Gubblebock. There was a bug I've encountered in the game: after you have activated the M mark in the green bedroom, if you go left, go to another screen (instead of returning to the green bedroom), and return to the previous screen, the brown teddy bears will block your path. You will be forced to start the game from the beginning.
Other than that, nice job on the game.
Absolutely LOVE Rpg Maker games, as that is the first engine I used, and I gotta hand it to you, this is some top notch stuff. Really creative, and the art was really cute! Great job!
First RPG Maker game I've played this game jam. Felt really solid and fun. Keep it up.
Cute art and story! I ran into a few movement bugs, either where I seemed to be stuck against an invisible wall, or kept moving when I wasn't pressing any buttons. But overall, this was a cute little game. Good work!
Nice story, the art is fitting to it nicely. Liked the little details, and the relatively big map. I guess you didn't have time to implement the boss fight correctly or I missed something but the bullets didn't hit me and I got stucked in that fight. GGs overall!
I love crazy jrpg games so that bought my heart and as a guy who also tries to make game in this genre I appreciate this. For my personal tastes I would make this a little crazier but I like it anyway
