Really cool animations! There's a lot of potential here. Hope you continue the game post jam!

It looks wonderful the graphics are fun! I wish the dash was more useful I like it but right now it doesn't have a lot of purpose, good game :)

Developer

Yes, there were going to be other enemy types that would have utilized the dash more, but I didn't have time. I will continue  to work on the project post jam though :D

I really liked the animations and the art of the game, great work.

A really nice start! You could definitely build a bigger game off of this! it would be nice to be able to swing up/down too, but I know that's a lot of artwork that needs to be done, which, by the way looks great! I love the reflection of the player off the shiny floor.

An exciting project! good stuff :)

Thanks! Yeah I only got to work on the project for about 8 hours over two days so I didn't get as much done as I would have liked. Still, I think it could be a bigger project too. This is a good way to get some eyes and some feedback early :D

This has the potential to be a really fun game! Maybe consider adding spells that charge with every bug splattered or something similar. Also, I absolutely loved the adorable little bug sprites!

Thanks! I wish I got to work on it a bit more before the jam ended. Still, I'm gonna work on it some more and try to see if it can become a bigger project. :)
