Firstly, congrats on winning the jam :3 I only just had the opportunity to check the game out because I set myself the rather insane target of playing at least some of every single one of the games in the jam xD And I was going by a mixture of random + karma order, so it took a while to get here, haha.
This is incredibly aesthetically pleasing :3 All of the art throughout is absolutely gorgeous. The overall story is a joy to read too. I got the good end on my first playthrough, so I'll have to come back when I get a chance to witness the other one! Oh, and the bits of animation here and there are beautiful too!
The only thing I found a little bit underwhelming was the sound design just because I feel like a few extra SFX here and there could really have added to the atmosphere of the game since the soundtrack was quite minimal. The most stand-out example I can think of is when the rain is pouring down, but there's no SFX for rain or a storm to accompany it. That's just me being super duper picky though (and I'm a total nerd when it comes to sound design and small details x3)

Who is the Red Queen?I'm very impressed with the amount you got done during the jam! The number of expressions, cut-ins, backgrounds, all very nicely done, and a subtly done but engaging story.
