Colby <3 I hope to see more from your team! The art looks so cozy and beautiful, and the effects were cool!
Firstly, congrats on winning the jam :3 I only just had the opportunity to check the game out because I set myself the rather insane target of playing at least some of every single one of the games in the jam xD And I was going by a mixture of random + karma order, so it took a while to get here, haha.
This is incredibly aesthetically pleasing :3 All of the art throughout is absolutely gorgeous. The overall story is a joy to read too. I got the good end on my first playthrough, so I'll have to come back when I get a chance to witness the other one! Oh, and the bits of animation here and there are beautiful too!
The only thing I found a little bit underwhelming was the sound design just because I feel like a few extra SFX here and there could really have added to the atmosphere of the game since the soundtrack was quite minimal. The most stand-out example I can think of is when the rain is pouring down, but there's no SFX for rain or a storm to accompany it. That's just me being super duper picky though (and I'm a total nerd when it comes to sound design and small details x3)

I loved Hugo and Noah! I hope to see more of them in the future, it feels like they could have a lot of adventures together. :D I liked the creepy atmosphere you set up too, would definitely love to see what you can do with a full length game.
