The idea fits theme well. I liked that the skeletons learn new tricks every few round while you get upgrades. It is a shame you have to restart whole game after losing. I didnt finish many levels because I ran out of patience. Otherwise really nice, especially if you did it all by yourself.

I got 37 imposters. It was surprisingly engaging for me. The shriek fits nicely with the atmosphere. I would love to see more “disguises” that have a tell that fits in such a way. Looking for naked people made me chuckle though. Did you use MonoGame framework for this?

In addition to that, I also used Arch as the entity-component-system library (although I later found out that it doesn’t have Linux support - oops!). The idea of spotting skeletons hiding under human garments fits well with the jams theme. I love that I can get an upgrade after each round. Good job on the game, considering it was created just by one person

I didn’t write my own engine, but I did end up writing a lot of unnecessary low-level code. While many things were unpolished, I’m curious to know specifically which parts felt unpolished to you. Would you be willing to share more details? Thank you for your feedback!
