Realy good game. Would prefere if A and D didn't move the slider at the same time as moving the camera. Also some option to look at the book beforehand would be nice, but the added screenshots are a good substitude. Feels bit stressful to read while the time is running out.

I managed to get to day 8, but only because I had very successful first 2 days and then it went downward from there.

Also I would like to thank for the initial tutorial. Something I don't usualy expect in jam games. :D

I made it to day 9! The game is incredibly addictive. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience. I particularly liked the ‘Made in China’ label on the cars - gave me a good chuckle!

Really original game! I personally found it really difficult, I probably couldn’t work at a pawn shop :D The game is just missing instructions on how to open the book. (I know they’re in the description, but that shouldn’t be the only way to find it.)

Awesome game! I enjoyed it. I would appreciate stopping the timer or something so I can read the description in a book. But yeah, I think I would be bad pawn shopper :D

We added screenshots from the book into the screenshot section of the itchio page, so people can read the book in peace now :D But we are happy you enjoyed the game :3

niiiice, I like that there is a guide book and a timer, at first tried to read the entire thing, but figured out I am probably not supposed to :) Either way, I found the item backgrounds very interesting and funny. Maybe I wish there was a button to just quickly accept the price offered by the other party since setting it to the same amount takes valuable time. But overall I had fun haggling!

If we could change something, we would let the player read the new item entries before each day, so that during the buying you could just glance at the book for references on prices etc. But there was no time to add that feature unfortunatelly, so you have to read it during the day :/ You don't have to read the book during the tutorial, it was mostly to notify player, that there is a book with important info in there, as some playtesters ignored the book all together :D Accept offer button would be very handy, thank you for the feedback :) We are glad, that you could haggle to your heart's content!

Yes please! I missed accept button very much - missed the last sale almost every day :D.

The thing with "exactly 37 hearts" really threw me off at the beginning. I've been expecting true devil in the detail. After I stopped being paranoid, I've really enjoyed the game. Nice job :)!

Hahaa, haggling definitely isn't my strong suit. But I like the idea and how you implemented it! Though it did feel a bit awkward that there was no way to stop the timer (at least that I know of), so I couldn't really read the book.

We are glad you enjoyed the game! Yeah, currently you have to read the book while buying the items, which isn't optimal, as it takes time. We wanted to change it so you could read the new entry for new item in peace before each day started, but there was not enough time to implement it ;-; But thank you for your feedback!

Cool game! I really like this interpretation of the theme, it’s actually a lot of fun learning about all the details and figuring out what price to pick.

Thank you Jakub, we are glad, that you liked the game!
